CONFECTIONERY FOOD FLORISTRY INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT MODEL WITH DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION

The article is devoted to the justification and development of a confectionery food floristry innovation development model based on the integration of digital technologies into production and business processes. The methodological basis of the study is formed by means of a comprehensive analysis, which includes: analysis of the impact of digital technologies on production operations; assessment of supply chain management mechanisms in compliance with the principles of product quality preservation; systematization of practical experience in the dissemination of innovations in the professional environment. It is proved that confectionery food floristry requires innovative supply management tools and the dissemination of practices within the professional community, which strengthens the potential of the industry, creating a basis for its international integration. A definition of confectionery food floristry is proposed. For the first time, a systemic model is presented that aims at the comprehensive integration of innovations, increasing competitiveness, and forming a sustainable platform for the further development of confectionery food floristry. The interrelationships between technological transformation, supply chain management, and the innovative activity of the professional community are established, which ensures the formation of sustainable development mechanisms for the industry. Within the framework of supply chain management, tools for optimizing logistics processes are outlined, which ensure resource savings and increase the efficiency of the supply system. It is substantiated that the use of digital technologies (in particular, 3D design, automation of production processes, online services) in the development and manufacture of products contributes to increasing the competitiveness of the industry by optimizing costs, improving quality, and expanding access to domestic and international markets.
