FORECASTING IN THE VOCATIONAL EDUCATION SYSTEM AS A REQUIREMENT OF MODERNITY

Abstract

The driving force of the country's economic development is human capital, the formation of which is provided by the educational sector, in particular the vocational education system, the purpose of which is to prepare personnel potential to meet the needs of society, the labor market and the state. This determines the relevance of scientific research on the search, development and implementation of new directions, methods and technologies in student education and the creation of conditions for training future specialists for professional activity in the conditions of changing changes and challenges of the 21st century. The scientific article highlights the results of the ascertaining stage of research into the problem of preparing applicants for professional pre-higher and higher education for predictive activity; the role of forecasting in the vocational education system is determined and the need for developing methods for teaching students forecasting in the process of teaching academic disciplines of the general and professional components of educational programs is substantiated. The authors of the article describe the possibilities of teaching the basics of students' forecasting activities in the process of organizing the educational environment, the work of scientific student circles, and provide examples of creative tasks for the formation of students' knowledge of the basics of forecasting activities and understanding of forecasting methods and tools; characterize the main conditions for teaching students forecasting (the formation of practical skills and abilities in forecasting activities) in the educational environment of professional pre-higher and higher education institutions; including 1) students' activity in learning and their application of skills and abilities in forecasting activities in the real world; 2) combining the theory and practice of forecasting; 3) the use of digital learning tools in the educational process; 4) Soft Skills in students' forecasting activities. The results of the study will be useful for further research, in particular, the problems of training pedagogical and scientificpedagogical employees of professional pre-higher and higher education institutions to apply in the educational process the methods of teaching students forecasting in the professional education system.
