Publication conditions
The editorial office is temporarily not accepting submissions due to the ongoing re-registration of the journal as a professional publication in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated January 19, 2026, No. 56, “On Amendments to the Procedure for Forming the List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine” (registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 28, 2026, No. 129/45523). Submissions will resume upon the approval of the updated List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine.
To publish an article in the scientific journal "Podilian Bulletin: agriculture, engineering, economics" № 2 (51) for 2026, you should take the following steps until April 10, 2026 (inclusively):

▶ Send an article prepared in accordance with the specified requirements to podilvisnyk@pdu.khmelnitskiy.ua
Articles from postgraduate students and teachers who do not have an academic degree are accepted only with a recommendation for publication by the department's staff (Excerpt from the minutes of the department meeting) or a supervisor's review.
It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list russian-language contributions published in any country, incl. papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.
The Editorial Board guarantees high-quality anonymous peer-review of articles and their check for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism.com by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.
After successful review, the author will receive payment details for the publication fee by e-mail. It is reuired to send a scanned receipt for the publication fee payment. The publication fee is 1300 UAH (for 12 pages). Each additional page is charged at 40 UAH.
The editorial board accepts for free publication individual articles by postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs, provided that they comply with the established requirements and principles of academic integrity.
Along with the article, postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs must submit a certificate from the postgraduate department confirming their enrollment. The certificate must bear the signature of the head of the postgraduate department and the official seal.
References and abstracts are also included in the total number of pages of a paid publication. The publication fee covers the costs associated with proofreading and editing of articles, layout of the collection and placement of its electronic version.
