SCIENTIFIC APPROACHES TO INNOVATIVE DESIGN IN THE SYSTEM OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING OF SPECIALISTS

Abstract

The article highlights the results of the study of the problem of applying traditional and modern theoretical approaches in innovative design in the system of professional training of specialists, the components of which are institutions of professional pre- higher and higher education. The authors investigated the essence of innovative design as a component of the innovative activity of institutions of professional pre-higher and higher education. Traditional and modern approaches to innovative design are defined and characterized. The application of such classical scientific approaches in innovative design as: systemic, synergistic and technological, which are interconnected and complement each other in the process of developing and implementing innovative projects in institutions of professional pre-higher and higher education, is characterized and substantiated. The feasibility of applying such modern theoretical approaches, such as design thinking, Agile and Scrum, Lean Startup, together with traditional scientific approaches in innovative design is substantiated. The described modern theoretical approaches to innovative design are based on the methodology of designing strategies and solutions with a focus on the needs of consumers of educational products and services; aimed at changing the thinking of participants in innovative projects, the effectiveness of project activities based on new principles and the latest technologies.The relevance of research into the problems of developing and implementing innovative educational projects as a factor in the preservation and development of the Ukrainian economy in wartime conditions has been clarified and substantiated. The results of the study will be useful for managers, scientific and pedagogical and pedagogical workers of institutions of professional pre-higher and higher education in solving problems of implementing innovative activities, in particular, the development and implementation of innovative educational projects, and the organization of an innovative educational environment in order to prepare students as future specialists to apply innovations in professional activities in various conditions, in particular – changing changes, uncertainty and martial law.
