INNOVATIVE TOOLS OF MODERN LEGAL EDUCATION

Abstract

The article examines the innovative toolkit of modern legal education in the conditions of digital transformation of society and renewal of approaches to the professional training of lawyers. The conceptual foundations of the modernization of legal education based on the introduction of digital technologies, interactive teaching methods and the strengthening of the practice-oriented component of the educational process have been analyzed. The main directions of the transformation of the educational environment have been determined, in particular, the transition to virtual formats of interaction between participants in the educational process, the integration of AI tools into educational activities, the development of digital competencies in the field of Legal Tech and Legal Design, as well as the expansion of the use of electronic resources and distance learning platforms. The content of professional skills that are formed in the applicants in the process of mastering digital services, automated information analysis systems, electronic document management and means of visualization of legal materials is determined. Interactive teaching methods are analyzed as the basic elements of the innovative model of training legal specialists. The educational potential of modeling court processes, simulation scenarios of procedural actions, gamified formats and the case method based on judicial practice is revealed. Their importance for the development of legal argumentation skills, preparation of procedural documents, working with evidence, critical analysis of the actual circumstances of the case and making informed decisions in simulated professional situations is highlighted.The role of clinical legal education, mentoring programs, and professional networking in the formation of practical experience, ethical responsibility, and sustainable professional identity of the applicants is determined. It is summarized that the implementation of digital and interactive tools ensures the integration of theoretical training with the real needs of law enforcement activities, promotes the development of analytical thinking, communicative competences and readiness for continuous professional improvement. A conclusion on the expediency of further systemic integration of innovative educational technologies with the aim of improving the quality of legal education and its compliance with modern challenges has been formulated
