Abstract

The study aims to theoretically substantiate the peer-to-peer (P2P) model as a tool for interdisciplinary training of EU legislative act translators within an inclusive educational environment. The relevance of the study is driven by two factors: the systemic interdepartmental fragmentation in training lawyers and philologists for European integration purposes, and the hidden risks of peer tutor overload among academically high-achieving students in inclusive groups – a phenomenon empirically confirmed in contemporary European research. The methodological framework comprises a comparative analysis of EU university curricula, structural-functional modeling of interdisciplinary groups, and a critical analysis of burnout risks. The empirical base includes policy documents of the Una Europa Alliance and Arqus Alliance, as well as the EMT Competence Framework 2024–2029 The study substantiates a group structure where parity ensures interprofessional discussion, while an odd number of members prevents deadlocks during voting. Students with special educational needs (SEN) occupy core positions without additional labeling, ensuring genuine equality. A multi-component assessment system has been developed, where the collective component is adjusted by a group interaction coefficient protected against manipulation through calibration assessment, an anomaly detection algorithm, the minimum variance rule, and a written justification requirement for extreme scores. An adaptive three-stage AI protocol aligned with the AI Act and an early burnout detection system based on a three-level marker scale in reflective reports with differentiated faculty interventions are also proposed. The scientific novelty lies in developing a holistic system that, for the first time, integrates the professional, inclusive, and preventive dimensions of training European integration specialists on the basis of reciprocal expertise affirmation. The practical significance is determined by the demand of the Government Office for Coordination of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration for specialists capable of not only translating acquis norms but also forecasting the political consequences of their implementation into Ukrainian law
