FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION OF AGRICULTURAL SPECIALISTS IN INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract

The article reveals the meaning of the concept of «communication», shows the effectiveness of professional communication and
communication space of specialists in agricultural specialties in higher education institutions. The issues of the essence of professional
communication, its role in the formation of professional and general culture of future specialists in agricultural specialties, the influence
of pedagogical and professional communication on the student audience in the learning process are considered.
It is found that professional communication of specialists in the agricultural sphere consists in the formation of skills and
abilities of professional communication, literacy of written language, which is important in business correspondence; in the exchange
of information between a teacher and a student in the educational process; in the content of the information itself, which is the main
factor in obtaining and forming knowledge and skills of higher education applicants.
During the study, it was established that professional communication is an interpersonal, equal interaction based on cooperation
and dialogue, aimed at uniting the joint efforts of subjects and their coordination in order to individually satisfy each higher education
seeker and increase the level of his activity in joint collective activities in a higher education institution.
It was found that the formation of professionally significant communication skills and abilities in future specialists is one of the
main trends in improving the educational process. It was found that a modern graduate of a higher agricultural education institution
is a person who, in addition to special training, possesses high-level communication skills. This is not only a specialist in his field
with a limited range of interests and knowledge, but a highly educated person who is able to communicate in any situation both on
narrowly professional and more general topics. The professionalism of a specialist depends, first of all, on his communication style,
communicative qualities, holistic sensitivity to the object of communication, the power of influence on the behavior of other people, the
process and result of professional activity
