The journal "Professional and Applied Didactics" follows an open access policy. All content is freely accessible and available at no cost to all users and/or their institutions. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without prior permission from the publisher or copyright holder. This complies with the BOAI (Budapest Open Access Initiative) definition of open access.

Licensing
The journal operates under a Creative Commons Attribution International (CC BY) license, which allows users to copy and distribute the material in any medium or format, adapt it, and use it for any purpose, provided that proper credit is given to the original author(s). This type of license is recommended to ensure the widest dissemination and use of licensed materials.

Copyright
Authors publishing in the journal "Professional and Applied Didactics" retain full copyright to their work. Submission of a manuscript to the journal grants the journal the right of first publication and a non-exclusive license to distribute the work.
Authors must ensure that the submitted work is original, does not infringe on the copyrights of third parties, and has not been previously published. Use of the journal’s materials by third parties is permitted only with proper citation and in accordance with the licensing terms established by the journal.
Privacy Policy
The editorial board of the journal is committed to establishing trust with authors and reviewers and therefore ensures confidentiality throughout the manuscript review and evaluation process.
Editors who communicate directly with authors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all personal data.
By submitting their manuscripts to the journal, authors consent to the processing of their personal information. The editorial office guarantees that this data will not be used for purposes other than editorial activities, including commercial purposes or independent research projects, and will not be shared with third parties.
In cases of investigating misconduct and/or plagiarism, the editorial board may be required to share personal information as part of fully cooperating with the investigation.
Authors’ institutional affiliations and email contacts are published on the first page of each article and are considered part of publicly accessible information. If an author does not wish to have their email published, they must notify the editorial board in advance (either during submission or during the review process, before publication).
Since authors’ affiliations are an integral part of article indexing by international databases and electronic libraries, this information should be considered publicly available. Authors are expected to support its publication.
